How can I create an account?
From a desktop computer, you'll see the "create an account" prompt on the top right side of the screen. But since you're already here, you can just click this link... ;)
Shipping
Priority shipping + handling is $6.50 to any of the 50 United States. First Class international shipping is $12.00. Please note that some countries may be subject to additional import duty taxes (anywhere from 5% to 30%). Well Dressed Wolf is in no way liable for such duty fees and cannot accept a package in return if delivery is refused.
Kindly allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. This means it can take from 3-5 days for your item to arrive at the post office and begin its journey to you. Most ready to ship orders will ship more quickly and a more precise turnaround time will be noted on all item descriptions. During extremely large pre-orders, shipping may take longer than the 3-5 day window. Please be mindful when placing your order. Well Dressed Wolf is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit.
Returns on Ready ship items
We truly hope you love your W.D. Wolf purchase! Due to the limited nature of our product, all sales are final. Of course, if your item is defective upon receipt, you may return it within 7 days of initial shipment for an exchange. If an exchange is not available, your order will be refunded. If your return is postmarked after our 7-day return period, the package will be mailed back to you.
To begin the return process, simply message us on Facebook with your order number for help. A ticket will be created upon receipt of your facebook message.
Please note, our items are intended for personal use and we reserve the right to limit the number of allowable returns. Unopened packages marked "return to sender" will not be accepted. We reserve the right to keep these packages or mail them back at the buyer's expense.
Returns on Pre-Order Items
Pre-order items are made specifically for you in a size requested by you. For this reason, pre-order items are considered a final sale and cannot be returned for refund. Defective/flawed pre-order item(s) will be exchanged if available. If an exchange is not available, a refund will be issued. Please contact us via Facebook message within 7 days of receipt if there is an issue with your order.

Please join us here every other Thursday evening at 8:00 PM CST to purchase. Information on upcoming sales is typically shared on our Facebook page and Instagram during the week of the sale. You won’t want to miss the sneak peeks and company fun facts shared via social media, so follow us today!
Occasionally if you watch the site closely, you may discover a "surprise" sale in which we offer previously sold inventory after the return / exchange period has expired.

Do you sell wholesale?
Due to the limited nature of our clothing, we do not offer wholesale at this time.
What is a cart limit and/or a household limit?
Good question and we understand it may be confusing! Our clothing tends to be limited in nature (although we are working on that with Wildling and Omi Jo!) and to help distribute the clothing to as many fans as possible, we implement cart and household limits on the majority of sales. The "cart limit" is typically (1) item per order transaction. This means only (1) garment may be purchased at a time. "Household limit" refers to the number of total orders permitted per family. Typically (2) orders are allowed per household, which means no more than (2) orders max are allowed for each family, regardless of the name or shipping address. Sometimes limits vary for releases and it is best to read the detailed sale post on social media that discloses them when suggested.
