In a black flowy chiffon it features adjustable shoulder straps, a sweetheart neckline with a dainty ruffle across the top, a stretchy smocked back, and a long maxi skirt. Perfect for NYE to watch the ball drop or other special occasions these dresses are feminine and fun for any young lady, junior or even mom!  Sizes 7y-14/16y have a long skirt with multiple wide ruffles cascading down. Sizes XS-M have a long skirt with two wide ruffles at the hem. 

Material + Care

100% polyester; lined in cotton. Hand wash or delicate cycle, with mild soap. Do not soak. Lay flat or hang to dry. Low iron if needed.
